BUILDING CAPABILITY & CONFIDENCE
Great workplaces are powered by people who can do good work. We design programs that build practical skills through learning that sticks.
To deliver strong outcomes we operate at three levels:

ORGANISATIONS: Building more connected - and therefore more effective - work communities of trust and belonging. Providing people leaders with practical everyday tools to build safety, unity and clarity.

LEADERS: Supporting people leaders to navigate tough stuff, build skills and lead confidently, we collaborate with leaders to help them create environments where people can work well and be well at work.

TEAMS: Our learning programs are focused, impactful and immediately practical - building the capability and confidence that people need to do their best work.
SmartSessions offer 90-minute capability capsules on topics of your choice, tailored to your organisation. We use an accelerated learning approach that is interactive, fun and motivating to engage staff and provide the opportunity to learn skills that are immediately applicable.
Here is our session structure:
1. Pre Session Primers: ensuring learning readiness
2. Interactive Workshop:
Information – background, research and introduction to the framework or tool being applied.
Application – the group will engage in role plays and group exercises to apply the learning.
Reflection – capturing learning and creating shared insights into what can be applied beyond the session.
3. Post-session Prompts: nudges to keep applying the learning after the session is over

STORYing: INSIGHT, CONNECTION & VISION
The stories we tell ourselves and each other are powerful. Yet, in the busy-ness, we often miss opportunities to honour our experience and inspire future direction. Storying is about attending to the narrative of your own experiences.
Storying Sessions offer a method of developing self-strengthening skills like:

Flexibility: build connection, strength and clarity to move through challenge and change.

Resilience: process and reduce stress impacts, guarding against fatigue and burnout.

Empowerment: reveal and illuminate intrinsic, unique qualities.

Insight: reflect more deeply on experiences, celebrate strengths and distil what matters.
Storying is a place for discovering the power of common experiences. It's a great way to better understand self or to bring groups and teams together to identify collective themes, values, strengths and to define a shared vision or strategy.

Hello, I'm Andrea Travers and I bring a wealth of experience in all kinds of organisations along with a love of learning to my work.
I'm lucky to have a fantastic network of interesting humans including: people and culture practitioners, learning and organisational development gurus, diversity and inclusion experts, coaches, facilitators, trauma therapists, social workers, comedians (yes, comedy has a lot to teach us), researchers and lots of other people who understand people.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians and true sovereigns of the land on which we work and live, the Yalukit Willam clan of the Boon Wurrung peoples.
We celebrate their continuing culture and deep connections to land, waterways and community. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
